Tell us what has been difficult
Knowing what has bothered you before, whether that is noise, the injection, or the gag reflex, lets us plan around it.
If dental visits make you nervous, please tell us. We can discuss what concerns you, explain the planned care, and review comfort options before your appointment.
Comfort options are the things we can do to make treatment easier if you find dental visits difficult. What is appropriate depends on your medical history, the procedure planned, and the options available at the practice, so it starts with a conversation rather than a set package.

Ask what is going to happen before we begin. Knowing the order of events makes a lot of appointments easier.
Here is what each stage of treatment usually involves. Your dentist will talk you through anything that differs in your case.

Ceiling-mounted TVs and headphones are available during care. Ask questions before treatment and let us know if you need a pause.
We agree a pause signal before we start, and we use it. Longer treatment can be split across appointments if that suits you better.
Dental visits make you anxious — Say so when you book. It changes how we plan the appointment.
You have a sensitive gag reflex — Tell us in advance and we can discuss what tends to help.
Numbing has not worked well before — Let your dentist know what happened, because it affects the approach.
A longer appointment is planned — Ask what the visit will involve and what options are available to make it more comfortable.

Read our reviews on GoogleWe had a great experience! The staff was friendly, patient, and made both of my kids feel comfortable throughout their appointments. Everything went smoothly, and we really appreciated how kind and welcoming everyone was. Highly recommend!
Brittany is a fantastic dental hygienist. She welcomed me and made me feel comfortable right away. She remembered a fun conversation we had about our kids and is so easy to talk to. My husband and I saw Dr. K. and we loved him! The entire staff was amazing. Right when you enter the dentistry, you feel like you’re in good hands. Dr. K takes his time, explains all the details, and is super gentle. Debbie in the front and Julie the hygienist were amazing. We will take on the drive from LA any time!
