Dr. Hamed Koushyar
Dentist
Dr. Hamed Koushyar attended UC San Diego for undergraduate studies in Biochemistry and Cell Biology, and graduated with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from USC School of Dentistry. Dr. Koushyar's clinical interests include root canal treatment and conservative dentistry. His commitment to dental excellence extends beyond the workplace — he stays up to date by attending multiple continuing education courses from leading experts in the field. Dr. Koushyar's goal is to serve his patients with thorough and precise diagnosis to achieve predictable outcomes.

Dentist
Dr. Samira Fares was born in Cuba and grew up in Ontario, California. Coming from a family of dentists, she knew from a young age that this was the career path she would pursue. She attended UC Irvine and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Biology, then completed dental school at UC San Francisco. Upon graduation she returned to her hometown to practice in the Inland Empire. Dr. Samira is passionate about oral health education, helping her community, and creating a happy and comfortable dental environment. Her patients can expect a thorough examination and a personalized treatment plan that addresses all of their concerns.

Is Wildomar Smiles Dentistry accepting new patients?
Yes, and patients of every age are welcome. Call the office or request an appointment online, and plan on about 90 minutes for a thorough first visit.
What insurance plans do you accept?
Most major PPO providers, including Delta Dental, MetLife, Cigna, Aetna, Sun Life, Principal, Guardian, and Cypress. Out-of-network benefits are welcome too, and the Wildomar Smiles Dental Plan covers patients without insurance.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
Room is held in the schedule for urgent problems, and patients in real pain are worked in the same day whenever it can be managed. That applies to people who have never been here before.
Do you see children and seniors?
Yes. Care here spans a child's first checkup through every stage that follows, which means one office can look after a whole household.
