Went in for my regular check up today. The office is always efficient, polite, and cheerful. Doctor is very thorough and does not try to find things to ‘fix’, I have had some unnecessary work done in the past with other dentists. We have been going to this dentist for a couple of years now and the care is very good and consistent.

I can’t say enough good things about this office. I flew in from out of state for an event, and the night before my flight, a tooth broke off my flipper. To make matters worse, it was one of my front teeth.I was referred to this office and called right away. Shannon went above and beyond to get me scheduled first thing the morning after I arrived in California. Great office! I've been here from before with the Velks and stayed with the change. Dr. K is super friendly and takes his time answering any questions. We have the monthly membership which makes it easier to stick to cleanings and treatments. The office is clean and staff are friendly, have never been upsold on anything. Highly recommend.

Extremely good office. Everyone is knowledgeable, kind and caring. Dr. K put me at ease and my first issue was solved that day. Great at explaining the process and completing the procedures expertly. I have no reservations about returning for the next thing needed for my rather neglected teeth.

Dr. Koushyar and the entire staff—from the front office to the dental assistants—make up an outstanding team. They welcome you warmly and take great care of your dental needs without breaking the bank. The office may seem small, but it’s very clean, well-equipped, and professional.I used to go to a larger dental office in Wildomar with all the bells and whistles, but you definitely pay for it. Even with great dental coverage through my IBEW employment, I was paying a little over $1,000 out of pocket for a dental procedure. When I came to Wildomar Smiles Dentistry, that cost was cut in half.I’ve been coming here every six months now, and I actually feel good about my visits because I know they’re taking care of me. At my previous dental office, I dreaded going because every visit seemed to cost close to $1,000, often after being told I needed extra procedures. I'm sure you guys know what I'm talking about.I highly recommend this place!

Terrific Dentist! Quick but thorough cleaning. They work seamlessly with my insurance. Adjusted my appointment time to meet my needs.I hesitated to switch dentists for years, until my former dentist sold his practice. What sold me on Wildomar Smiles was the dental hygienist Britney. She’s friendly but not too friendly. Asks about my cleaning practices without sounding judgmental. She uses hypersonic which is really gentle, and she’s careful to suction when water builds up in my mouth, which I really appreciate.

I just moved here not too long ago and I’ve been searching for a new dental office. I’m happy to say that I found a great office and not too far from where I live, that’s a bonus. Perfect name for a dental office “Wildomar Smiles Dentistry”, I say that because the minute you walk in all you see are great smiles. Debbie at the front desk was very helpful, friendly, and she gave me all the information I needed and asked for all with a positive attitude. It was a pleasure meeting Dr K, who was very informative regarding my teeth, there was no pressure regarding any of my results. His assistant was very nice, her name escapes me at the moment (I’m sorry). Julie who cleaned my teeth was so good! She was considerate of how I was doing the whole time I was seating in her chair, she was gentle but still got the stubborn build up on my teeth. My teeth look amazing. Thank you Dr K & staff.

Spending nearly 10 years looking for the right dentist, I am so grateful to find Velk Family Dentistry. So many other dentists I've been to in the inland empire I felt we're trying to rip me off like saying I needed 3 crowns and giving me 4 different pricing options and etc. It felt like I was buying a car! Doctor Eric is so personable, gentle, and most important, upfront and explains the details to you that I felt so comfortable and confident under his care. Plus he performs root canals and crowns himself! All the other dentists I've seen always referred me to a specialist but this man does it all! That's how skilled he is! The same night after I did my root canal he even called me personally to make sure everything felt fine and that I was doing good. You cannot go wrong making Velk Family Dentistry your family dentist! From someone who is afraid of the dentist, I highly recommend coming here.

Im so happy with Wildomar dentistry. It is by far the best dentist office I've ever had. I've been going there for 5 plus years and always recieved exceptional service. All the staff is friendly and my appointment are always on-time. I recently needed an implant and I was so happy they provided this service in-house so I didn't have to go anywhere else. My husband also goes to this dentist office and has also received exceptional service.

He is the best EVER! He’s the first dentist in almost 20 years I don’t need anxiety medication to have my teeth worked on. He’s gentle and understanding, takes away all anxiety about getting dental work done.

A year ago I had gum surgery and ended up with a space between my teeth from my gum receding between my lateral and front teeth.Dr. Koushyar did an evaluation and recommended to have two veneers done.He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patience. It was a very difficult job but He was able to make perfect veneers and to match the teeth and gym color.existing.The work performed was a perfect work of art.I’m very grateful to Dr. Kousyar because now I won’t longer be embarrassed to show my smile.

I have been going to Dr. Fares for years and would follow her anywhere. My daughter has exclusively seen her since she was 2 (and she’s 18 now) and we wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. She has a light touch and always explains everything she’s doing thoroughly but in a way you can understand. This review is long overdue, I just want to say how much I like this practice. They are highly professional, and they really care about you; since I started going to Dr. Eric and Angela Velk's office I am no longer afraid of going to the dentist, they really made me feel comfortable, and with confidence regarding the treatment that Dr. Velk suggested, not like other practices that make you an endless list of jobs you “need” just to make the bill really big. I really liked the family atmosphere, I felt welcome from my first appointment. Allison, the office manager, is very kind, and always helps you with any questions you may have, in fact she helped me a lot with all the paperwork when I was transitioning from my previous dentist to this office. I also want to mention Martha, my hygienist, who is very professional in her work and very kind in her treatment, always looking out for the patient's well-being. On my most recent visit I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Angela Velk who was the one who helped me with my cleaning that day, and I cannot say enough about her professionalism and human quality, which I feel is a common denominator in that office. The night guard was ill-fitted and messed up my bite. When I called for advice, no one helped me. I told the person that it pushed my front teeth back, and made my smile look different. All I wanted to know was whether that could be caused by the guard. When the person didn't give me an answer I stopped wearing it and within a month my bite was back to normal and my smile improved. I know you take your reviews seriously, but I did call and ask and was not given any information. Sorry I moved out of state, but all I wanted to know was whether the guard could have messed up my bite. Answer (discovered on my own): YES.

Somehow I’m signed in on my dad’s account I don’t know why or how to fix it - sorry if that causes any uncomfortable feelings. Velk dentistry was my dad’s dentist before he passed and my dentist. They have a warm welcoming atmosphere and are highly professional, communicate well, and the family oriented nature of the business makes it even better. I recently came in as new patient , I had a bad experience with my prior dentist so I was hoping it was going to be a much better experience here and it definitely was! Dr velk explained what work I possibly needed done and gave me a breakdown of costs , I didn’t not feel like they were trying to over sell me on things like my prior dentist . After experiencing a horrible infection and pain from a wisdom tooth I decided it was time to find a dentist in the Wildomar / Murrieta location. Googling family dentistry I found Dr Velk’s offices and I am so happy with the experience I needed to share. A few years ago I went into a different dentist trying to have my wisdom teeth removed and it was so horrible I had so many different sales packages pushed on me and felt that I was trying to be taken for all I was worth. Having visited Dr Velk I feel I have found a forever dentist! He was so kind and walked me through every step of the processes while he expertly removed my tooth with limited discomfort and barely any pain after wards! Highly recommend this dentist and office. His staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable as well!

Dr. Eric and Dr. Angela are beyond the best dentists I have ever experienced. I have been to another practice and it was a horrible experience. I had a root canal from that former dentist who left to roots behind which caused an infection, and lead me to have to pay a specialist in San Diego to correct the problem. When I started going back to the Dr. Velk’s, I realized that phenomenal dentists DO exist. Dr. Eric just perform the second root canal I’ve ever had, and it was pain-free and beautiful. Dr. Angela is always so attentive and kind when I go in for my regular cleanings. I am a huge scaredy-cat of going to the dentist but because of these 2 dentists, I no longer fear it. My experience at Bear Creek was horrible, but my experience at Velk as been tremendous. Thank you so much for helping me stay pain-free. I will never go anywhere else, ever again.

We’ve been coming here as a family of 6 ever since we first moved here in 2014 and everyone from the front receptionist to the dental assistant and the dentist have been absolutely wonderful! My 7 year old just recently had to have some baby teeth extracted and I was a complete mess about it. When they took him back then assured me everything would be fine. And it was. He did great and they were so patient and gentle with him. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

So very happy with the service that this office provides! I needed to find a local dentist, to fix a cracked crown I had on a front tooth. I searched several dental groups in the area, and after seeing the google reviews for Velk Dentistry, I decided to try them. BEST dentist I've ever been to in my 58 years! I received a thorough exam, and Dr. Velk explained everything as he went along. The crown was repaired and I'll be returning for work that needs to be done on other teeth.
